I tried to comment on her blog Pearl, about Frances Hernandez but for some reason Google isn't recognizing it... And I don't think her name is in there anywhere, so I can't try to find her on Facebook. It's funny that we both ended up in WA state. I'm in Spokane though. And you know Heidi's brother Richard?(Heidi Williams, Frances' ex-girlfriend) Well Richard and I ended up living on the Same damn block in Browne's Addition! All these years and miles away from our families homes in Long Beach- we lived only like a block and a half apart in Long Beach. Richard died years ago, but it was so cool running into him back in the 90's, it felt weird, like Fate- that we live SO close to each other accidentally in 2 different states.... Anyway.... He was a good friend, I miss him.
So anyway- I wonder if the woman who has the Pearl blog and I have ever met..? I used to hang out in that infamous van and get high and drink beer at The Keyhole too. (And sold a little pot there now and then)
Hung out in that van alot... I was alone with him just a few times when he'd drive me home. I lived a block away from where one of the girls was left... He asked me out and I almost said Yes. But it wasn't long after he and Heide broke up so I wanted to wait- didn't know how she felt about the situation. In case they were going to get back together, ya know.
Did you know Rick Acosta and Mike Peckerwood, lived behind Market Basket off Bellflower Blvd. Those 2 guys drugged, raped & filmed me when I was like 15. And Heather who killed herself... I'm thinking the last time I saw Frances he was over with them. Yeah, he gave me a ride home, it was just a few blocks away though. But it was dark and late.
I was so glad to leave Southern CA. It was not a safe supportive place for a teenage girl! Lol I traveled around for a couple of years then when I got to WA state I decided to stop... it was so completely different from soCal... Slower, easier, and the people were just... nicer! Lol
Hard to believe that crap was... omg 40 Years ago!!! Omfg has it actually been forty fucking years?!? Holy crap I'm an old lady!
By the way, Frances Hernandez was a friend who raped, tortured and mutilated a couple girls in our neighborhood. Not kids- I mean girls my age. He left one body across the street from my house. Gee thanks for that. The other one was at the nearby high school. I had gotten permission to go to a different school though. So haha the second one I didn't have to deal with.
ReplyDeleteI don't mean haha it's funny, I meant haha it's hard not to take it personally when she's dumped across the street. But the second one, that's the school I would've been going to, everyone in my neighborhood went there. I'm just glad I went out of my way to change schools.
You know what, he's not even the only psycho killer I was friends with. Just the first one. Does everyone know people like that too? Or am I just lucky?
